As spring unfolds and communities begin to renew and rebuild, we’re reflecting on a powerful moment from last month — one that reminded us what it truly means to serve with purpose.
In March, I Need A VA had the honor of sponsoring the Blue Haven Ball — a heartfelt initiative created to support local law enforcement and first responders who lost their homes during Hurricane Helene. These courageous individuals prioritized others amid personal tragedy. And this time, we had the chance to show up for them.
At I Need A VA, we believe in service — not just in the virtual sense, but in the deeply human one. That belief goes beyond the digital tasks we tackle every day. It reaches into our communities and the people who keep them safe and strong.
When we learned about the devastation Hurricane Helene left behind — and the impact it had on the very heroes who protected others — we knew we wanted to help. Sponsoring the Blue Haven Ball felt like the perfect way to put our values into action.
Our $3,000 in-kind donation wasn’t just about giving. It was about standing in solidarity with families who need support, healing, and hope.
This wasn’t just a fundraiser. It was a night of recognition, resilience, and gratitude.
The Blue Haven Ball also honored:
The United Cajun Navy, a fearless volunteer group known for swift, lifesaving disaster response.
The Mountain Mule Packers, who’ve supported crisis zones in hard-to-reach places with unwavering dedication.
Sheriff Lowell Griffin, who delivered a powerful message about leadership, unity, and perseverance.
These individuals and organizations are proof that real heroes don’t wear capes — they show up, no matter the cost.
We often say our mission is to help business owners “make more money and spend less time working.” But behind that promise is a deeper purpose: to build something that uplifts everyone it touches.
Our team — spanning across the United States and the Philippines — is united by core values: compassion, integrity, and impact. Contributing to the Blue Haven Ball wasn’t just a donation. It was a reflection of what we believe in, and who we want to be — both as a company and as a community.
While March has passed, the need for support, kindness, and action never ends. We’re committed to continuing our impact — through future partnerships, outreach, and the way we show up for both our clients and the world around us.
Because building a business isn’t just about growth — it’s about goodness. And when values lead, everyone rises.
We’re incredibly grateful to have played a small part in such a meaningful event. If this story moved you, we invite you to stay connected with us.
Follow our journey on social media, and if you’d like to partner with us for future impact-driven initiatives, we’d love to hear from you.
Let’s keep building businesses — and communities — that lead with heart.
