Services Offered

I Need A VA provides the following personalized virtual staffing solutions:

Task Analysis: We assess your business needs to match you with a suitable virtual assistant.

Recruitment and Selection: Our skilled recruitment team conducts interviews and selects competent virtual assistants.

Comprehensive Training: Each virtual assistant undergoes a 5-day training program before pairing up with clients to ensure they are fully equipped to meet your business needs.

Ongoing Support: We manage HR matters including VA attendance, performance monitoring, reporting, payroll, and other administrative support. Additionally, we provide ongoing training for your virtual assistant in general virtual assistant tools and software, ensuring they remain adept and up-to-date with the latest technologies and practices.

Use of Services

You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe or restrict anyone else’s use or enjoyment of the service. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

- Transmitting offensive or obscene material.

- Harassing "I Need A VA" team members or creating distress through aggressive behavior.

- Disrupting the operational flow with excessive use of services or security breaches.

Payments and Billing

Payment Due: Fees are due as specified in the service agreement and must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date.

Late Payments: If payments are overdue, we will send reminders. Services may be suspended if two invoices remain unpaid. Accounts overdue by 30 days may be sent to collections, and additional charges may apply.

Refund and Return Policy

Refunds: If you are not satisfied with the services received, you may request a refund within 30 days of service delivery, except for the sign-up and setup fees, which are non-refundable.

Returns: Given the nature of our services, returns are not applicable.

Delivery Policy: We strive to deliver our virtual assistant services promptly and efficiently upon agreement and payment. The delivery timeline will be communicated to you during the onboarding process and may vary based on the specific requirements of the tasks assigned.

Cancellation Policy: Services may be cancelled at any time. To terminate your services, please notify our client care team at least two weeks in advance. This notice helps manage the transition and supports both your needs and those of your assigned virtual assistant.

Return Policy: As our services are primarily intellectual and labor-based, we do not offer returns in the traditional sense. However, if you encounter any issues or concerns with the services provided, please contact our client care team, and we will work with you to address them promptly and satisfactorily.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on our site are our property or the property of other third parties. You are not permitted to use these Marks without our prior written consent or the consent of such third party which may own the Marks.

Cancellation and Termination

Services may be cancelled at any time. To terminate your services, please notify our client care team at least two weeks in advance. This notice helps manage the transition and supports both your needs and those of your assigned virtual assistant.

Limitation of Liability

I Need A VA shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the services or any agreement with I Need A VA.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, which are hereby incorporated by reference.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. You agree to review these Terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes.

Security and Compliance

We comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Our website and payment platforms utilize HTTPS encryption and adhere to industry best practices to ensure the security of your payment information.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless I Need A VA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions, or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which I Need A VA's headquarters are located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
