September was one of those months that reminded us why we do what we do. We showed up for real estate professionals in North Carolina, sharpened our VA team's skills, heard from a client whose transition is going smoothly, and watched our CEO carry the I Need A VA message all the way to Los Angeles. Along the way, we celebrated some of the people who make this team what it is.
Here's a look back at the month.

On September 8th, I Need A VA was proud to sponsor the Dealmaker WNC meetup at The Mule in Asheville, North Carolina. The evening brought together real estate professionals, investors, and industry leaders for a night of networking and a panel discussion on a topic close to our hearts: Creating the Right Systems to Grow & Scale Your Business.
Our CEO, Brittany Bettini, joined the panel to talk systems, AI, delegation, and marketing. As she put it before the event, she doesn't speak locally often, so it was a real treat to be in the room with the WNC real estate community.
Real estate moves fast, and the professionals who grow are the ones who stop doing everything themselves. That's exactly what we help with: delegating the busywork so agents and investors can spend more time building their business. A big thank you to Dealmaker WNC for having us, and to everyone who came out.
Know a real estate professional who could use a VA? Send them our way.

Our commitment to our VAs doesn't stop once they're placed with a client. Every month, we bring the team together to keep learning, and on September 10th, Henrick De Lara led our Monthly Training via Zoom: Call Handling 101: The Essentials Every VA Should Know.
Every call is a chance to build trust, communicate clearly, and leave the right impression. But knowing what to say is only half of it. Henrick walked the team through the other half too: how to listen, how to respond, and how to handle conversations professionally, even when they get tricky.
Whether a VA was new to call handling or looking to sharpen skills they already use daily, the session had something for everyone. Thank you, Henrick, and thank you to everyone who showed up ready to level up.
Missed the session or want a refresher? The full recording of Call Handling 101 is now available on the VA Portal under the Customer Service category. Our VAs can access it anytime here: https://ineedava.com/trainingvault
Happy learning!
There's nothing better than hearing a transition is going well. Bringing a new VA into your business is a big step. You're trusting someone new with your tasks, your processes, and often your customers, so those first few weeks matter a lot. That's why updates like this one mean so much to us.
This month, our client Ellis shared an update on working with Jairie, one of our VAs:
We love this because it shows what good onboarding really looks like. It isn't always instant. It's getting tasks organized, outlining processes, and building a foundation that lasts.
What stands out most is Ellis's honesty. Things were a little slow on their end, and that's completely normal. Every business has its own way of doing things, and it takes time to put those processes into words. A great VA doesn't just wait for perfect instructions. They adapt, stay patient, and help bring structure to the work as it takes shape. That's exactly what Jairie did.
And the effort pays off. The time spent outlining processes now means smoother days, fewer handoff hiccups, and a VA who truly understands how the business runs. It's the kind of groundwork that turns a new hire into a trusted part of the team.
Thank you, Ellis, for the kind words and for trusting us with your business. And way to go, Jairie! This is the kind of support we're proud to stand behind.

On September 17, Brittany took the main stage on Day One of ReLaunch to a Rich Life LIVE at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess in Scottsdale, Arizona.
For Brittany, it was another day of doing what she loves most: pouring into female founders. She shared the stage with a room full of women building and growing their businesses, and by her own account, the energy was electric. In her words, the room was on fire.
Brittany brought her signature honesty and heart to the stage, sharing real lessons from her own journey as a founder and CEO. She spoke to the women in the room not as an expert standing above them, but as someone who has been in their shoes and knows firsthand what it takes to build something from the ground up. Attendees walked away inspired, encouraged, and ready to take their next big step.
Some of the best moments happened after she stepped off the stage. Brittany spent time connecting with attendees, hearing about their businesses, their goals, and the challenges they're working through. Those conversations are a big part of why she loves events like this one.
A big thank you to Hilary DeCesare for sharing her stage and for the incredible community she has built. ReLaunch brings together women who are ready to rethink what's possible for their lives and businesses, and that spirit was felt in every corner of the room.
Rooms like this one are where real growth happens, and we're so proud to see our CEO show up, share what she's learned, and lift other women up along the way. We can't wait to see what these founders build next, and we're already looking forward to the next time Brittany takes the stage.

Brittany spent part of September in Los Angeles at Create & Cultivate, the world's largest festival for women in business, held September 19 and 20. With over 150 speakers and a room full of founders, CEOs, and executives, it was two days of connection and conversation, and a chance to show up in support of fellow women building their businesses.
But the most meaningful part was what she brought home.
Across stage after stage, leaders running major companies kept returning to the same idea: HI, human intelligence. Many companies that cut people for AI are now hiring them back, because while tools can complete a task, someone still needs to know whether the task was done right.
For us, that wasn't a new idea. It's been our approach since 2022. We train our team on every tool we can get our hands on, but the heart of iNeedaVA has always been people. We pay our team well, cover healthcare, and tell them to clock out when a typhoon knocks out the power. One of our recruiters has been with us for three years and ten months and says she's never burned out.
As Brittany said, she wasn't building a thesis about the future of work. She just really liked her team. It turns out that's a pretty good strategy.

Meet Danielle Grace Enteria, our Client Success Associate, though around here, we all just call her Dane. She's one of the people working behind the scenes to make sure every client and VA partnership runs smoothly. For Dane, the best part of the job is hearing that a VA is working well with a client and their team.
She describes our internal team as close-knit and genuinely helpful to one another. Even though everyone works remotely, she says the team was welcoming from day one, and even people who had only met once never felt like strangers. She also admires how Boss Britt stands up for her VAs and protects them, never letting anyone treat them badly.
Working from home has given Dane something she values most: time with her son. Because she only works while clocked in and rarely logs on after hours, she gets to be fully present for her family during her off time.
If there's one thing she wishes more people knew about I Need A VA, it's this:
"We care and we want to make sure VAs and clients are treated well."
Thank you, Dane, for everything you do for our clients and our team!
Every month, we recognize the VAs who go above and beyond for their clients and our team. These are the people who show up with skill, heart, and the kind of dedication that makes our clients' lives easier every single day.
This September, we're proud to celebrate:

Being named VA of the Month isn't just about getting the work done. It's about the attitude, reliability, and heart that each of them brings every day. Yumi, Ron, and Cynthia, you represent the very best of what I Need A VA stands for.
Thank you for representing I Need A VA so well and for reminding us what great support really looks like. We're so proud of you!
Behind every client success story is a team member who shows up with heart. This month, we celebrated: Elyssa Mae Andoy, Kenneth Ondoy, Jeneva Catalbas, Truthful Millares, and Gay Marfe

Thank you for your hard work, your dedication, and the positive energy you bring to this team every day. We hope this new year brings you growth, good health, and every good thing you deserve. Happy birthday!
September was a reminder that growth happens in the right rooms, with the right skills, and alongside the right people. We're grateful to our clients, partners, and especially our team for making this month one to remember.
