How long does a build take?

Most builds run 2 to 3 weeks from kickoff to launch. Week 1 is scope and structure, weeks 2–3 are design and build, then launch week wraps it up with 7 days of post-launch management.

Do I need to have a domain already?

No. If you don't have one, Signature and Presence builds include domain and hosting setup — we'll walk you through it on the call. Hosting itself is billed annually by the host, with no markup from us.

Do I own the website afterwards?

Yes. Once the build is complete and paid for, the site, the domain, and everything in it are yours.

Is SEO really included?

Yes. On-page SEO is part of every build, not an add-on quoted later — titles, structure, and keyword setup are handled as we build, not bolted on after.

What about a logo or video?

If you already have brand assets, we build around them. If you don't, logo design and video editing are available as add-ons, quoted upfront before any work begins — no surprise line items.

What happens after launch?

You get 7 days of post-launch management so we can catch anything that needs adjusting once the site is live and being used. After that, we hand over the keys and you're fully set up to run it yourself.
