At I Need A VA, we believe that continuous learning is the key to excellence. Every training we host is more than just a session it’s an opportunity for our VAs to sharpen their skills, embrace new tools, and grow as professionals who deliver exceptional value to our clients.

This month, our team leaned into two powerful learning experiences: strengthening the art of communication and mastering the latest in digital tools. These sessions not only built confidence and skill but also reminded us that growth is most impactful when we learn and rise together.

In Elevating Communication Skills, led by Lyn Diaz, our VAs practiced giving clear, professional updates to bosses and mastered the CARE Formula (Clarity, Acknowledgment, Resolution, Ending) for handling client conversations. With an emphasis on consistency, empathy, and accountability, they were reminded that every message carries weight and can either strengthen or weaken trust.

In Leveling Up with ManyChat, held on August 19 and guided by our Boss Brittany, our VAs explored one of today’s most effective digital platforms. The session not only enhanced their technical knowledge but also created space for collaboration, sharing experiences, and building confidence in using tools that make them more efficient, creative, and adaptable.
