As we wrap up another vibrant month at I Need A VA, June stands out as a beautiful blend of celebration, growth, and gratitude. From major company milestones to powerhouse training sessions, this month reminded us just how strong our community is rooted in purpose, led by heart, and driven by excellence.
This June, I Need A VA proudly celebrated three incredible years in business, a milestone that means so much more than just the passing of time. It’s a testament to our mission, our people, and the power of purpose-driven work.
What began as a bold idea to bridge the gap between global entrepreneurs and highly skilled Virtual Assistants from the Philippines has grown into a thriving international agency with heart, hustle, and an unshakable commitment to excellence. Over the past three years, we’ve matched hundreds of businesses with VAs who not only meet expectations but exceed them every single day.
Behind every success story is a team of people who care deeply. From our clients who trust us to elevate their workflows, to our VAs who bring dedication and brilliance to their roles, to the internal team that keeps our culture strong we’re beyond grateful to each one of you.
We’ve overcome challenges, adapted to changes, and celebrated countless wins together. But this anniversary isn’t just about looking back. It’s about looking forward toward a future where virtual assistance isn’t just support it’s strategy, scale, and sustainability.
Here’s to building more:
✨ More careers
✨ More connections
✨ More impact
✨ More possibilities
Shining the spotlight on two incredible team members: Gem Matildo and Nadine Mahinay, our Virtual Assistants of the Month! Both have demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Whether managing back-end ops or client-facing tasks, these two continue to raise the bar for what great virtual support looks like.
Another “three” worth celebrating. Our powerhouse HR Manager, Vergelyn, just hit her 3rd work anniversary with I Need A VA this June! And if you’ve worked with her, you know this isn’t just a milestone, it’s a moment to recognize the energy, empathy, and excellence she brings to our organization every single day.
From our earliest hires to today’s growing team, Vergelyn has been the calm in the chaos, the structure in the scaling, and the voice of reason in moments of rapid growth. She’s not just an HR Manager she’s a culture keeper, a conflict diffuser, and the kind of leader who checks in, shows up, and sees people.
Her talent for navigating both people and processes has helped shape the DNA of our team. Need a hiring strategy built from scratch? A sensitive issue handled with care? A dose of good vibes during crunch time? Vergelyn’s got it covered and always with her signature poise (and a smile that could light up Zoom).
We also can’t forget her sweet side, literally! Her love for choco cake is legendary, and it’s become a bit of a tradition around here to make sure she gets her favorite treat when her workiversary rolls around.
Thank you, Vergelyn, for three years of loyalty, leadership, and love for this team. You’ve made I Need A VA not just a workplace, but a better place for all of us.
Here’s to many more years of growing and thriving together!
This June, we paused to honor the quiet strength, big love, and everyday hustle of the fathers in our community. Whether they’re helping kids with homework or helping clients hit new business milestones, the dads at I Need A VA are truly next-level.
Being a remote-working dad takes a special kind of balance. Our VA dads manage back-to-back Zoom meetings, client deadlines, and family dinners sometimes all in the same hour. And they do it with resilience, humility, and heart.
We see you showing up early to get the job done before the kids wake up. We see you staying up late to make sure everything’s ready for tomorrow. We see the sacrifices and the silent victories. And most of all, we see the impact you make not just on your families, but on your teammates and the businesses you support.
To all the dads in our team and client family:
👉 Thank you for leading with integrity.
👉 Thank you for your patience and presence.
👉 Thank you for being the kind of role models the world needs more of.
We hope Father’s Day was filled with rest, laughter, and maybe a little tech-free time (we know that’s rare!).
